About the role

Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate for its Bengaluru corporate office. The role involves providing 24×7 technical assistance to internal Amazon users across multiple regions, handling hardware, software and network issues on Windows and Linux platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support via tickets, in‑person and remote sessions for a global user base.
  • Manage device lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, imaging, asset tracking and warranty handling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, peripheral and network connectivity problems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet service level agreements.
  • Research, evaluate and deploy new hardware or software solutions to improve infrastructure.
  • Participate in rotating shift schedules to ensure continuous coverage.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc or any other degree).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in corporate IT support or help‑desk environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24×7 environment.
