About the role

The Associate Systems Support Engineer will join Altera Digital Health’s IT operations team to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical applications and infrastructure. Working remotely for the Pune‑Baroda region, you will ensure high availability of services using industry‑standard monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

Watch application and infrastructure health with AppDynamics, LogicMonitor and Azure Monitor.
Perform regular health checks and tune SQL databases for optimal performance.
Manage Windows Server and IIS configurations, applying patches and updates.
Monitor interface subsystems to guarantee smooth data flow between components.
Provide L1/L2 incident support, escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
Document configurations, procedures and incident responses; take part in root‑cause analysis.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in systems monitoring and support.
Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment with shift rotations.
Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills.
