About the role

Oracle is hiring Support Engineer I candidates with up to two years of experience to join its PAN‑India hybrid team. The role focuses on investigating and resolving issues in front‑end applications, handling backend diagnostics, and maintaining detailed documentation while collaborating across multiple internal groups.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer‑reported technical problems within defined SLAs.
  • Analyze logs, query databases, and update fields to identify root causes.
  • Reproduce issues in test environments and document findings.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or development teams with full diagnostics.
  • Maintain case notes and create knowledge‑base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations to address cross‑functional incidents.

Eligibility

  • Graduates of 2022‑2025 batches holding a BE/B.Tech degree or any graduate qualification.
  • 0‑2 years of experience in application support, incident or problem management.
  • Minimum 60% academic record or 6.0 CGPA with no active backlogs.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) and provide on‑call support.
