About the role

HCLTech is looking for a fresh graduate to join its Lucknow office as an Intune & Remote Desktop Support Engineer. The role involves managing Windows endpoints, deploying applications via Microsoft Intune, and ensuring smooth remote access through RDS and VPN. You will work under service level agreements to keep devices secure and users productive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote technical support to end‑users.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, software glitches, and connectivity problems.
  • Maintain and support Remote Desktop Services, VPN, and other remote‑access solutions.
  • Handle incidents related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Assist with device onboarding/off‑boarding and enforce security compliance via Intune.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior teams when required.

Eligibility

  • Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch (any discipline).
  • No prior work experience required – freshers welcomed.

Skills

  • Primary skill: Remote Desktop Support.
  • Secondary skill: Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating system, Microsoft 365 suite, VPN and RDS.
