About the role

AiDASH is seeking an experienced SDE 2 Backend Engineer to design, build and optimise scalable micro‑service based systems that power its web and mobile platforms. The position is based in Bangalore, India and focuses on high‑availability, fault‑tolerant backend services.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop and deploy distributed micro‑services using Java/Spring Boot or Python.
Create and maintain robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores.
Implement observability, testing and performance‑tuning practices to achieve near‑100% uptime.
Collaborate with product, design and front‑end teams to translate requirements into production‑ready features.
Conduct code reviews, refactor services for efficiency and guide security best practices.
Continuously evolve the platform architecture and stay current with distributed systems trends.
