About the role

The Responsible AI Consultant in Accenture’s Center of Excellence leads AI ethics screenings and detailed assessments for traditional, Generative and Agentic AI solutions. Based in Bengaluru, the role blends technical evaluation with stakeholder engagement, guiding teams to mitigate ethical, privacy, security and governance risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior members, allocate cases and conduct quality reviews.
  • Validate Responsible AI screenings and perform in‑depth assessments for AI use cases.
  • Review solutions against Accenture’s Responsible AI principles and identify associated risks.
  • Prepare clear mitigation recommendations and collaborate with delivery teams.
  • Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance and AI SMEs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of RAI processes, templates and knowledge assets.

Eligibility

  • 4–8 years of experience in analytics, AI, data science, risk, compliance, governance or technology advisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.

Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with analytics, AI and data‑science techniques.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and model lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI ethics and model risk frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation and risk‑communication abilities.
