Application Developer

About the role

A technical professional with a passion for coding and a proficiency in the Japanese language is required for the Application Developer role at Accenture's Pune innovation center.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications that align perfectly with business processes and specific client requirements.
• Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions while leveraging Japanese language skills to facilitate collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Participate in every phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial design and configuration to deployment and maintenance.

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech or any graduate degree with 15 years of full-time education.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Japanese Language proficiency is a mandatory requirement.

Skills

• Familiarity with Java is highly preferred (Good to have).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
• Strong analytical skills to contribute to resolving complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
