About the role

Eaton is hiring fresh engineering graduates for a full‑time Associate Engineer – Structures position in Pune. The role involves performing multi‑body dynamics (MBD) and static structural analysis of Bussmann electrical products, collaborating with global teams, and delivering validated simulation models.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct MBD and static structural analyses for medium‑complexity electrical components.
  • Develop and validate digital prototypes that replicate product physics and predict key quality attributes.
  • Coordinate with product, analysis, and cross‑regional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project‑management best practices.
  • Identify technical and schedule risks on assigned programs and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in ES Americas initiatives, apply DFSS fundamentals, and contribute continuous‑improvement ideas.
  • Explore AI/ML opportunities to enhance structural simulation capabilities.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
  • Graduation batch 2024, 2025 or 2026.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate status.

Skills

  • Strong foundation in solid mechanics and theory of machines.
  • Hands‑on experience with ANSYS for structural simulation.
