Associate Software Engineer

BlackRock is hiring an Associate Software Engineer in India to design, develop, and maintain scalable, fault‑tolerant software systems across their Aladdin & Global Markets platforms. The role collaborates with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into robust code, implement APIs and microservices in Java, Go, C#, or similar languages, and engage in end‑to‑end development from design through testing and production support, using agile practices in a hybrid office model.

Responsibility :

• Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs
• Participate across full agile lifecycle—from concept to deployment
• Write clean, testable code; conduct unit and integration testing
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional/ global teams including Product & Design

Eligibility :

• Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA) in CS or related discipline
• 0–2 years software development experience/project/internship work
• Proficiency in Java, Go, C#, or C/C++
• Familiarity with microservices, REST/gRPC, distributed systems
• Good communication, collaboration, agile experience
