NTT Data Group Corporation is a Japanese multinational information-technology services and consulting company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The company is part of the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone group and offers business consulting, systems integration, application development and modernisation, cloud and infrastructure services, cybersecurity, data and AI, and managed services to enterprise and public-sector customers in more than fifty countries.
NTT Data was established in 1988 when the data communications division of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation was spun off as a separate company. It expanded internationally through a series of acquisitions including Keane in 2010, Dell Services in 2016, and EVERIS in 2014. In 2022 the company integrated its overseas operations with NTT Ltd. to form NTT Data, Inc., a global services entity, and reorganised the parent company in Tokyo as NTT Data Group Corporation in 2023. The Tokyo-listed parent is publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the ticker 9613.
