About the role

NTT DATA Services is seeking enthusiastic graduate engineers to join its AI‑native engineering team in Bangalore. The position focuses on building reusable AI accelerators, developing multi‑agent solutions, and creating reference implementations that power enterprise‑grade AI projects across India and Europe.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver reusable accelerators for Agentic SDLC and AI‑native development.
Develop AI agents and multi‑agent architectures using major hyperscaler platforms.
Prototype reference implementations and AI engineering components for customer delivery.
Work on retrieval‑augmented generation, tool‑calling, orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps.
Experiment with modern coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
Collaborate with engineers and architects across India and Europe to turn emerging technologies into scalable assets.
