About the role

Xometry seeks a System Developer for its Pigment financial planning platform in Bangalore. You will design, build, and maintain models, master data, and integrations that enable global finance planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise Pigment blocks, formulas, and applications while maintaining model architecture.
  • Own master‑data governance, including dimensions, hierarchies and mappings.
  • Manage system versions, scenarios, security, calendars and ensure performance.
  • Gather requirements, design, test and release new modules, dashboards and features.
  • Support data loads and pipelines between Pigment and ERP, data‑warehouse or HRIS systems.
  • Run reconciliations, validations and controls to guarantee data quality.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building in Pigment or a comparable planning platform.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Pigment modeling and formula language.
  • Master‑data management and model governance.
  • Analytical, documentation and testing discipline.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Effective communication with finance and technical audiences.
