About the role

AVEVA is looking for a Services Consultant specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to work from its Bangalore or Hyderabad offices. The role blends software development with industrial process knowledge, delivering scalable MES solutions that integrate with ERP, PLC and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain C#/.NET applications and RESTful Web APIs.
Write and optimise T‑SQL queries, stored procedures and database schemas on MS SQL Server.
Build responsive front‑end components using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Integrate MES solutions with external platforms such as SAP, PLCs and SCADA.
Gather requirements, create system designs, conduct code reviews and document technical details.
Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to align software with shop‑floor workflows.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with C#, .NET and Web API development.
Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and T‑SQL performance tuning.
Solid front‑end development skills in JavaScript.
Exposure to MES platforms and understanding of manufacturing processes.
