About the role
Visa is looking for an Associate Technical Program Analyst to lead a portfolio of small to mid‑size initiatives within the Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) PMO. Based in Bangalore, you will partner with technology, business and operations teams to deliver predictable, high‑quality outcomes that align with Visa’s enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor projects covering scope, schedule, risks, issues and financials.
- Apply standard PMO governance, reporting and data‑driven insights to improve delivery predictability.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure release readiness and adoption.
- Track key metrics, milestones and portfolio health for senior leadership.
- Support change management, user‑experience and operational agility initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3‑4 years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably in technology or enterprise systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a matrixed environment.
Skills
- Project management and risk mitigation.
- Data analysis and AI‑assisted insights.
- Stakeholder and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models.
