About the role

WWS is looking for a Junior Software Developer to build and maintain the tools that power its healthcare solutions. You will own the full development lifecycle, from UI creation to backend services, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring, ensuring reliable, production‑ready software for real users.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement UI components following WIT design guidelines.
  • Develop server‑side APIs, business logic, and database integrations using Node.js and Express.
  • Integrate frontend and backend layers to deliver end‑to‑end functionality.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee deployments, and guarantee smooth release cycles.
  • Monitor applications post‑deployment, troubleshoot incidents, and meet SLA targets.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and uphold code quality standards.
  • Make technical decisions and guide teammates on implementation strategies.
