Engineer – Analyst (Order Management & Product Fulfillment)

About the role

The Engineer – Analyst position in Hyderabad focuses on order management and product fulfillment for Google services. You will validate order forms, ensure financial and policy compliance, manage provisioning workflows, and resolve billing issues while working in 24×7 rotational shifts from the Virtusa campus.

Responsibilities

• Validate incoming order forms and contracts using Google Workspace tools.
• Check orders for completeness, financial alignment, and policy adherence.
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities and support CPQ processes.
• Monitor operational queues, resolve billing or booking discrepancies, and process renewals.
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Credit, and QA teams to address escalations and improve process quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech or any other degree).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in commerce or finance domains.
• Experience with Google Workspace workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and CPQ is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office and participate in 24×7 rotational shifts.
