Responsibilities

• Security Tool Administration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software across enterprise environments.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system health, security event logs, and network traffic for anomalies using SIEM tools and standard monitoring dashboards.
• Incident Response Support: Assist senior engineers in responding to and documenting cybersecurity incidents, including containment and root cause analysis activities.
• Patch Management: Support routine patch management cycles, ensuring operating systems and applications remain up-to-date and compliant with security standards.
• Access Control: Help manage user access permissions, Active Directory entries, and identity management processes in accordance with security policies.

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field; MCA graduates are also eligible
• Batch 2026 graduating batch
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or above in graduation; no active backlogs

Skills

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows and Linux), cybersecurity fundamentals, and familiarity with tools like firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
