About the role

Sumo Logic is looking for a Technical Account Engineer I to own a portfolio of post‑sales accounts in Noida. You will blend hands‑on technical work with customer‑facing responsibilities, guiding enterprises through complex observability and security use cases while building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead for named accounts, understanding their environments, priorities and risks.
Drive platform adoption by creating new use cases, integrating data sources and coaching security, DevSecOps and observability teams.
Design measurable success plans, monitor adoption signals, and intervene early to mitigate risk.
Lead health‑check cadences and contribute to business reviews with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansion, and feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering.

Eligibility
