About the role
SOTI is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join its Kochi office. You will provide first‑line technical support, manage hardware and software assets, and help automate service‑desk processes while ensuring data security across a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service‑desk tickets via phone, online or in person, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Prioritize workload to meet SLA targets and follow up with users to confirm resolution.
- Install, configure, repair and maintain computers, servers, LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory for all offices worldwide.
- Automate routine tasks, generate reports and apply ITIL best practices.
- Provision access to corporate applications and enforce security policies.
Eligibility
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Three to four years of progressive IT experience with hands‑on support responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM and Office 365.
- Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, LAN/WAN environments and virtualization (Hyper‑V).
- Experience handling servers, storage, and VoIP phone systems.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical and customer‑service skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation.
