Associate Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

ServiceNow’s Advanced Technology Group is looking for an Associate Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver cloud‑based AI/ML solutions that enhance enterprise service experiences. The role involves creating intelligent features, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring high‑quality software for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable cloud‑native AI/ML components that power intelligent enterprise services.
• Collaborate daily with developers, product managers and quality engineers to produce robust software.
• Work closely with product owners to gather detailed requirements and own the end‑to‑end delivery of your code, from design through testing.
• Participate in research and experimentation to de‑risk emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Help integrate AI capabilities into existing work processes and workflows.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Eligible graduation batches: 2024, 2025, 2026.
• Willingness to work from ServiceNow’s Hyderabad office (flexible work persona).

Skills

• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming, design patterns and efficient algorithms.
• Understanding of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Experience building new products that use challenging algorithms.
• Knowledge of unit testing, profiling and code tuning.
• Ability to think critically about integrating AI into workflows.
