Presales Team Member

About the role

As a Presales Team Member at HCLTech in Noida, you will support the sales organization by crafting tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients. Using a blend of technical and business knowledge, you will analyse client needs, prepare clear documentation, and demonstrate product capabilities to help secure new business.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements with solution assessment frameworks and convert them into technical specifications using CRM and proposal management tools.
• Create solution presentations and technical documents with PowerPoint and Word, ensuring they are clear and aligned with client expectations.
• Assist in configuring and demonstrating product features on relevant platforms, addressing queries and showcasing fit.
• Work closely with the presales team to gather data, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and help produce competitive proposal documents.
• Maintain and refresh presales knowledge repositories such as SharePoint to keep solutioning information up‑to‑date.

Eligibility

• Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch from any discipline.
• No prior work experience required (freshers).

Skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Experience with CRM tools for managing client information.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar knowledge‑base platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word for documentation.
• Understanding of proposal management processes and RFP/RFI handling.
