Financial Due Diligence Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Associate to join its Deals Transaction Services team in Bangalore. The role involves analysing financial, commercial and operational aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, preparing deliverables for corporate and financial buyers, and supporting senior advisors with data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large‑complexity due‑diligence projects independently.
• Apply strong business acumen and analytical abilities to assess purchase price, working capital and debt‑like adjustments.
• Prepare and present written deliverables, articulating findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Utilise Indian GAAP and statutory audit principles throughout the engagement.
• Leverage Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau for data analysis and visualisation.
• Maintain the highest level of professional integrity.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch (0‑1 years of experience).
