About the role

Schneider Electric’s Energy Tech Accelerator Graduate Program is a 12‑month, two‑mission rotation based in Bangalore. It is a permanent entry‑level position that blends AI, data analytics and sustainability projects, giving fresh engineers exposure to strategy, software services and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Research emerging energy‑tech trends and identify new business opportunities.
Analyse data and strategic challenges to produce actionable recommendations.
Streamline processes and propose improvements that boost operational efficiency.
Gather user insights and help shape digital solutions for customers.
Explore AI use‑cases and translate them into practical product ideas.
Participate in global onboarding, hackathons and cross‑regional collaboration.

Eligibility
