Software Engineer Intern (CPD)

About the role

Rubrik is looking for a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join its Continuous Product Development (CPD) team in Pune. You will work on end‑to‑end product features, get hands‑on experience with cloud‑native technologies, and contribute to a fast‑moving environment that values ownership over tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance bottlenecks across the software stack and design solutions to resolve them.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain code in Java, C/C++, Scala or Python.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve product reliability and scalability.

Eligibility

• Self‑driven undergraduate or postgraduate student in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 8.0.
• Graduating in 2027 from a circuit‑related branch.
• Available for an onsite internship in Pune from January 2027 to May 2027.

Skills

• Proficiency in at least one object‑oriented language such as Java, C/C++, Scala or Python.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently.
