About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of automated test frameworks, with a focus on Playwright and AI‑driven testing. The role is based in Bangalore and works within the Advisory line of service, contributing to high‑quality software delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance test automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript, JavaScript or Python.
  • Integrate AI techniques for non‑deterministic response validation and AI model testing.
  • Apply strong programming skills to create robust test scripts and utilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams following Agile practices and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Utilise CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps for continuous testing.
  • Maintain version control using Git and communicate findings effectively.
