About the role

Ontic is looking for an Associate Software Engineer (Backend) to contribute to the backend services that power our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building backend services and features using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement components and tasks for the Ontic Connected Intelligence Platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established standards.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve system quality.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience (Internships and personal projects are highly valued).

Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Java or similar OOP languages.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
