About the role
NVIDIA is looking for a senior verification engineer to validate PCI Express controller designs for its cutting‑edge GPUs and SoCs. Based in Bengaluru, you will join a global team that drives innovation across graphics, AI and autonomous‑driving platforms.
Responsibilities
- Verify ASIC architecture, golden models and micro‑architecture of PCIe controllers at IP and subsystem levels using UVM.
- Develop reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers and scoreboards driven by functional coverage.
- Interpret design specifications, define verification scope, create test plans and build verification infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects, designers and pre/post‑silicon teams to ensure design correctness.
Eligibility
- B.Tech or M.Tech (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least one year of verification experience at unit, subsystem or SOC level.
- Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog and PCI Express protocol (Gen3+).
Skills
- Proficiency in UVM/VMM verification methodologies.
- Experience with functional‑coverage‑based constrained‑random verification.
- Familiarity with PCIe, USB or SATA interconnect protocols.
- Scripting ability in Perl or Python for test automation.
- Solid debugging and analytical capabilities.
