About the role

Neurealm is looking for a Lead Release Engineer to drive release planning, deployment coordination and CI/CD operations for its Healthfirst team. The position focuses on managing enterprise release calendars, change management and production support using modern DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule releases across multiple application teams and environments.
  • Coordinate deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
  • Maintain and operate CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
  • Apply SDLC, Agile and change‑management best practices to production support.
  • Generate release analytics and governance reports.

Eligibility

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in release management, deployment coordination or DevOps support.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise‑wide release calendars and deployment schedules.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of release management processes and DevOps practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub/GitActions, Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and change‑management workflows.
  • Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
