About the role

Movate Technologies is hiring Telecallers on a 6‑week contract in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating product or service information, and building professional relationships with customers. Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to customers or prospects as per the assigned script.
• Provide clear and accurate information about services and address queries.
• Maintain a professional tone throughout each interaction.
• Follow the prescribed calling process and document outcomes.
• Support follow‑up activities and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree.
• Overall experience of 0–2 years, with a minimum of 3 months in telecalling.
• Strong spoken communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work on a short‑term, 6‑week contract.
