Project Engineer

About the role

Ecolab is hiring an entry‑level Project Engineer in Pune for candidates with an engineering degree and up to two years of experience. The role blends engineering analysis, design work, cost estimation and specification preparation while supporting projects that involve customer equipment and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and manage projects that involve customer equipment and services.
• Follow established engineering procedures and methodologies.
• Conduct analyses to develop design options and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing project cost estimates and engineering specifications.
• Contribute to the development of differentiated technologies, products, processes or systems.
• Collaborate with peers and internal resources to ensure thorough and accurate engineering work.

Eligibility

• Graduated with B.E, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to perform engineering analysis and develop design recommendations.
• Strong attention to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in customer‑focused engineering projects.
