About the role

MISUMI Americas is looking for an Associate Salesforce Systems Administrator to support and enhance its Salesforce environment from the Bengaluru office. You will handle day‑to‑day administration, data quality, reporting, and first‑tier user support while collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce improvement projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, implementing and testing.
Configure declarative automation, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions and license allocations.
Maintain data cleanliness and resolve data inaccuracies.
Generate simple to complex reports and analytics for sales leadership.
Provide first‑level support, handle tickets, bulk data loads and assist with onboarding and training.

Eligibility

0‑5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Four‑year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related analytical field.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel 0‑10 % to the U.S. for meetings.
