Senior Software Engineer I (Frontend)

About the role

MakeMyTrip is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I (Frontend) to design and enhance high‑traffic travel web applications. You will work on React and Redux based interfaces serving millions of users, ensuring performance, scalability, and a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new frontend features using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Implement state management with Redux and integrate with backend APIs.
• Optimize application performance and load times for large traffic volumes.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
