About the role

Level AI is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to craft high‑performance, data‑rich web experiences for its AI‑driven contact‑center platform. Based in India, you will work remotely with a team of engineers from top tech firms, using React, TypeScript and modern build tools to deliver scalable B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of customer‑onboarding and operations web products.
  • Develop and maintain reusable JavaScript libraries that run across browsers.
  • Architect a scalable front‑end stack with React, TypeScript, Webpack, Firebase and related tooling.
  • Translate designer and product requirements into measurable features and ship them end‑to‑end.
  • Champion engineering best practices, code quality and operational excellence.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and drive technical discussions.
