Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough answers about products, services, specifications, and warranty entitlements.
  • Proactively assist customers to prevent issues and participate in quality‑enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and managers to ensure smooth project outcomes.
  • Contribute input to solution offerings and align recommendations with customer needs.

Eligibility

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent secondary education.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in remote or telephone technical support, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
