About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Power BI Specialist who will design, build and maintain enterprise‑grade dashboards, semantic models and analytical solutions. The role serves strategic marketing, sales, finance, service and other functions, turning data from SAP HANA and other sources into clear, actionable insights while upholding performance, security and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end‑to‑end Power BI reports and visualisations, optimise data models and ensure fast query performance.
  • Create and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, using SharePoint, Dataverse or SQL as the backend.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise work and translate needs into technical designs.
  • Design data storage strategies on enterprise platforms such as data lakes or Databricks.
  • Document solutions, manage change requests with traceability and conduct design reviews.
  • Support users during UAT, provide training and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Eligibility
