HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates as Process Associate – Voice (RCM Customer Service Executive) for its Sholinganallur centre. The position is full‑time, involves handling US‑shift calls, and offers a salary of ₹1.9‑2.7 LPA.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
Investigate and resolve denied or under‑paid claims.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Perform pre‑ and post‑call analysis and ensure first‑contact resolution.
Update daily account‑wise interaction logs and meet performance targets.
Identify process issues, document business requirements and follow HCL policy guidelines.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Willingness to work US‑shift timings.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication.
Active listening and a customer‑centric attitude.
Good data‑entry and typing speed.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
