About the role

HCLTech is hiring fresh graduates as RCM Customer Service Executives for voice, semi‑voice or non‑voice handling in Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu. The position works on US‑shift schedules, interacting with healthcare providers and insurers to ensure claims are reimbursed accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to providers and insurers to follow up on claim status and payments.
Investigate denied or under‑paid claims and resolve them on first contact.
Maintain precise records of all communications and transaction details.
Perform pre‑ and post‑call analysis, documenting actions taken.
Update daily account‑wise interaction logs and meet performance targets.
Identify process gaps, document business requirements, and suggest improvements.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Willingness to work US‑based shifts.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication.
Active listening and a customer‑centric attitude.
Accurate data entry and fast typing.
Ability to multitask and handle high‑volume calls.
