About the role

Genpact is seeking a senior developer to design, build, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, focusing on contact‑center capabilities and Power Platform integrations. The position is remote and targets candidates with at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and detailed specifications.
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, including C# plugins, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows.
  • Implement Microsoft CCaaS features such as Omnichannel routing, queues, and case management.
  • Build integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Leverage Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls—to extend functionality.
  • Conduct data migration, unit and system testing, and provide ongoing technical support.

Eligibility
