About the role

Genpact is looking for a Cloud Technologies Engineer to lead technical teams, design and deploy cloud‑based solutions, and drive innovation across the organization. The role blends architecture, mentorship, and continuous improvement in a fast‑moving, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide technical teams on complex issues and mentor junior members.
  • Define and execute strategies for technology innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to align solutions with business goals.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud and technology trends.
  • Oversee design, development, and deployment of cloud solutions.
  • Evaluate tools, platforms, and methodologies to boost technical capability.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science is also accepted.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Cloud Security Professional.
