About the role

Genpact is looking for a fresh graduate to join its Application Development N team in Bangalore. The role involves building, testing and deploying software solutions that support AI‑driven initiatives, while working in a hybrid environment with flexible timings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software.
  • Write clean, maintainable and scalable code using the appropriate programming languages and tools.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing and support deployment of applications.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep solutions up‑to‑date.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting with occasional on‑site presence in Bangalore.
