About the role

The O365 Support Engineer at HCLTech will ensure smooth operation of Office 365 services for clients in Bengaluru. The role involves building, configuring, and enhancing O365 solutions, troubleshooting user‑related issues, and documenting configurations. It is aimed at fresh graduates from the 2025‑2026 batch.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy O365 administration solutions by tailoring settings to meet project needs.
  • Maintain existing O365 tenants, resolving problems with user accounts, permissions, and collaboration tools.
  • Analyse client feature requests and implement enhancements on the Microsoft 365 platform within agreed timelines.
  • Document processes, configurations, and resolutions to create a knowledge base for the team.

Eligibility

  • Fresh graduates belonging to the 2025 or 2026 batch.
  • No prior work experience required.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of Office 365 administration tools.
  • Familiarity with user management, permissions, and collaboration features in O365.
  • Fundamental troubleshooting skills for cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint is advantageous.
