About the role
Genpact is looking for a Consultant with deep functional expertise in Workday Core HCM and Time Tracking. The role is hybrid, based in Bangalore, and involves configuring, optimizing and supporting the Workday tenant to enable smooth hire‑to‑retire processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test and deploy functional configurations for Core HCM and Time Tracking modules.
- Maintain supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles and cost centers.
- Configure end‑to‑end business processes such as hire, change job, terminate and time‑off requests.
- Set up complex time‑tracking rules, schedules, templates and integrations with payroll.
- Create custom reports, dashboards and manage security groups to protect worker data.
Eligibility
- At least two full‑lifecycle Workday implementations or extensive post‑production support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
- Workday Core HCM certification preferred; advanced Time Tracking certification is a plus.
Skills
- Workday HCM configuration and maintenance.
- Workday Time Tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data migration tools (EIBs) and downstream integrations.
