About the role

Genpact is looking for a Consultant to lead functional work on Enterprise Application solutions, primarily focusing on Oracle and Workday Core HCM & Time Tracking. The position is hybrid, based in Bangalore, and expects 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience configuring large‑scale HR and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test and deploy functional settings in Workday Core HCM and Time Tracking modules.
  • Maintain supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles and cost centers.
  • Design and optimise business processes such as hire, change job, termination and time‑off requests.
  • Implement complex time‑tracking rules, schedules and integrations with payroll and absence management.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards and matrix reports using calculated fields.
  • Manage security groups and role‑based access to protect worker data.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 4‑6 years of functional Workday experience with at least two full‑lifecycle implementations.
  • Workday Core HCM certification preferred; advanced Time Tracking certification is a plus.
