About the role
Genesys is looking for a PS Consultant to design, implement and support Genesys Cloud solutions for large enterprise customers. The role blends technical consulting, post‑production support and collaboration with project managers to ensure successful AI‑driven deployments across multiple Indian locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for Genesys Cloud implementations, following professional services standards.
- Provide on‑site or remote troubleshooting and operational support for customer environments.
- Work closely with Project and Service Delivery Managers to execute project plans and validate test cases.
- Maintain high utilization on billable projects while documenting processes and submitting timesheets.
- Deliver technical training to internal or external teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Genesys Cloud implementation or administration.
- Willingness to work across time zones, especially North America, and to take on operational service‑management duties when needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs and JSON.
- Hands‑on experience with Java, C#/.NET, Python and web scripting.
- Familiarity with IP telephony hardware (Genesys Cloud Edge, Audiocodes, Cisco gateways, Polycom phones).
- Proficiency with networking concepts, Cisco/Juniper routing and switching.
- Experience using Wireshark, Windows Server, DHCP/DNS, Hyper‑V, VMware ESXi and Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of AWS cloud services is a plus.
