About the role
Cognite is looking for a NetSuite Systems Analyst to join its Finance Systems team in Bengaluru. You will own day‑to‑day NetSuite administration, support accounts‑payable workflows, and drive integration projects that keep the global finance stack reliable and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Administer NetSuite across multiple entities and currencies, managing roles, permissions, saved searches, custom fields and workflows.
- Resolve user escalations, troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors for fixes.
- Maintain data quality for subsidiaries, document configurations and create runbooks to reduce knowledge silos.
- Oversee the full AP cycle in NetSuite, including vendor bill capture, approval routing and payment execution.
- Design, build and test new Celigo integration flows while supporting existing Salesforce‑to‑NetSuite pipelines.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT and Procurement to translate business needs into system enhancements and provide training to global users.
Eligibility
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on Oracle NetSuite administration experience.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay, month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Experience working in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment.
Skills
- NetSuite configuration and governance.
- Celigo iPaaS integration development.
- AP and accounting workflow expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑regional collaboration.
- Ability to document system designs and create clear specifications.
