About the role

The Associate D&T Analyst – AI & Automation will join General Mills' Digital & Technology team in Mumbai. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to evaluate AI tools, support stakeholder adoption, and coordinate enablement activities while learning the fundamentals of AI governance and low‑code automation.

Responsibilities

  • Assess AI tools and platforms, documenting capabilities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support AI governance by identifying gaps and helping mature processes.
  • Assist in building low‑code/ no‑code AI solutions and track their adoption.
  • Research emerging AI trends and share concise summaries with the team.
  • Organise workshops, demos, and training sessions for business users.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technical specialists to ensure quality delivery.
