About the role

Barclays is looking for an AI/ML Data Scientist to design, develop and operationalise statistical and machine learning models that support business decisions. The position is based in Gurugram and involves close collaboration with technology teams to deliver robust, well‑documented analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Create analytics and modelling solutions for complex business challenges.
Work with technology partners to define data, environment and tool requirements.
Develop high‑performance, documented models and demonstrate their value to stakeholders.
Implement models as stable, testable software and help operationalise them.
Provide ongoing support and monitoring for deployed models.
Ensure compliance with Barclays risk and model governance policies.
