About the role

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an experienced Siebel Developer for its offshore engineering team in India. The position requires deep expertise in Siebel CRM, hands‑on development of loyalty modules, and a daily 3‑4 hour overlap with US Eastern Time for coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and develop Siebel CRM components using Siebel Tools, including business components, objects, applets and screens.
  • Implement and enhance Siebel Loyalty features such as programs, tiers, promotions and member management.
  • Develop eScript, browser scripts, business services, workflows and customize Siebel Open UI with JavaScript/CSS.
  • Build and support integrations via Siebel EAI, SOAP/REST services and Siebel REST API, and manage EIM data loads.
  • Write and optimise SQL/PL‑SQL queries on the Oracle‑based Siebel data model.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate stories, maintain Jira tickets and document designs in Confluence.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Siebel CRM development, including at least 2 years on Siebel IP 2017 or later.
  • Proven experience with Siebel Loyalty configuration and customization.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, and ability to work independently across time zones.

Skills

  • Siebel Tools configuration, eScript, workflow and business service development.
  • Siebel Open UI customization.
  • Siebel EAI/web services integration and EIM migration.
  • SQL and PL/SQL on Oracle, with understanding of Siebel server architecture.
  • Full SDLC experience and Agile/Scrum methodology using Jira and Confluence.
