About the role

The UiPath Developer will work offshore from Pune, India, supporting and enhancing enterprise‑wide automation solutions. The position focuses on keeping bots, chatbots and AI‑driven workflows stable for finance, billing and operations, especially during critical month‑end and year‑end periods.

Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day production support, monitoring bot health and logging issues.
Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Apply bug fixes, version upgrades and minor enhancements to automation assets.
Offer dedicated support during month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles.
Manage controlled deployments, hot‑fixes and maintain runbooks and support documentation.

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UiPath development and support.
Proven ability to work in an offshore, production‑focused environment.

Skills

Deep hands‑on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and both attended and unattended bots.
Strong RPA monitoring, queue management and performance optimisation skills.
Expertise in incident resolution, API integration troubleshooting and operational reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, Azure AI or Amazon SageMaker is a plus.
Basic knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain or LangGraph.
