About the role
Fractal Analytics is looking for a Gen AI Engineer to design and deliver cutting‑edge generative‑AI solutions across multiple Indian locations. You will own end‑to‑end development of large‑language‑model applications, build reusable frameworks, and ensure AI systems are reliable, cost‑effective, and aligned with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy LLM‑based solutions, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Create and maintain reusable code libraries, tools, and Azure‑hosted services.
- Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews while mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions and measure impact.
- Ensure production‑grade reliability, safety, and governance of AI models.
- Stay current with generative‑AI research and evaluate new technologies for business use.
